Milnor 30022M5J washer is blowing 1 of 2 EF02-240v...

Milnor 30022M5J washer is blowing 1 of 2 EF02-240v 2amp fuses on pwr supply. I unplug MTA 32 from snubber board but then no display, no operation. Trying to determine if short in snubber bd or display bd, micro bd etc. I have no prints on bds, I do have schematic? electrical parts book. Possible lightening strike to unit, trying to isolate
