Question About Milnor Washer 30015cwe/ace
i have a new replacement motor for my milnor washe...

i have a new replacement motor for my milnor washer and all the wires are red except one black 4reds and 1 black and a exteral wire wire for ground. 2 reds with one black make 240 while the other 2 reds have nothing!!?? Which wires are commons and which are neutral?
