0 TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE

I. IS THERE 120 VAC ON THE COIL OF CDEXN?
A. If so, does the relay pull in?
B. If not, are the auxillary contacts CSE2L or CSE1R stuck open?

II. IS THERE 120 VAC ON THE COILS OF CRSP AND CRSPA?
A. If so, do both relays pull in?
B. If not, which one did not pull in?
1. CRSP uses 3 sets of contacts, none of which will cause this error.
2. CRSPA has 1 set of contacts that make an input at MTA3-1. This will allow the display to update and continue through the copywrite.

III. IS THERE 120 VAC BETWEEN CDEXN PIN 4 AND GROUND?
A. If so, is there 120 VAC from both terminals of the speed switch to ground?
1. If yes, the problem is between the 16 output board and CDEXN.
2. If not,
a. check configure on the machine
b. replace the output board.
c. check the dip switch settings.
