My house burned down recently and my neighbors helped us get back on our feet. One of the things I received was a Panasonic NI-L46NR iron. To me it looked brand new but it may not have been. New or not, it won't heat up. I'm not sure why. I've followed the instructions. The lights come on as the manual says, however the heat does not. Any suggestions?
