0 Hello naomimelliott, thank you for allowing me to assist you! I understand your Frigidaire dryer will not start. Let’s try resetting your dryer by flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn on your dryer. Confirm that the door is securely closed and select a cycle. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, it could potentially mean a number of things: a potential wiring failure, damaged cord, faulty door latch assembly or control board. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose your dryer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
