How to use dryer...

does the washing cycle have to be used before the drying cycle and run straight in or can the dryer be used at a seperate time?

0 I have a Powerpoint Platinum Washer/Dryer. How do I use dryer. The dryer wont work.. Clothes are still wet at the end of when I set the dryer timer and put at wool dry . What am I doing wrong
