5 Image you tried both hot and cold settings. It's unusual, but not impossible, that you would have a problem with both hot and cold at the same time. The problems are likely the inlet valves that the supply hoses hook up to at the back of the washer. Unhook the hoses and check the screen filters in the valves for build up of sediment clogging them. If they are clogged, you can clean them out with a toothpick, or similar item. If they aren't clogged, or cleaning them doesn't work, it could be the solenoids on the valves have gone bad. This will require the replacement of the entire valve to fix. It is also possible, if your machine is electronically controlled, that the control board is bad.
