The green eco button on my GC7600 iron keeps flashing and won't heat upor produce steam.

0 On the GC7620 keep getting flash green on the eco, cartridge already change still no change.
What to do?

-8         On Our GC7619 the same thing happened. The solution is that once the cartridge is replaced (and it DOES need to be replaced), it needs to be pushed down firmly. In our case we used a small piece of card to press it down further when the cartridge flap is closed. Since doing this once, it has worked a treat. I honestly didn't think it was possible for the cartridge to go any further than it original did, but this worked!! Damn sensors!!!
