I bought an Oreck Vacuum several years ago and received a cord/cordless iron with the purchase. I would like to obtain a manual for this iron. The model # is JP8100CB and the serial # is 1226244. Can you help me? I am unable to remove the cord w/o damage to the iron. The Iron was advertised as cordless, but I am unable to remove the cord.
