water is leaking out of the iron as well as steaming can you please tell me how to rectify the problem - thank you

0 I had the same problem which was driving me mad as I 've only had this steam generator for 19 months.  I had a look on some of the forums and people were talking about replacing the seals on the 2 water jets.  To locate these, remove the water tank, and on the underside of the upper part of the base you will see 2 jets.  I manoeuvred the jets to locate the seals with the view of ordering them.  I put the water tank back in place and switched it on and low and behold it worked as it should do.  So just by manoeuvring the jets seemed to do the trick!  Good luck.
