I turned on my Morphy Richards 42236 laundry iron with steam generator separate from the handheld iron. For the first time it made a loud grinding noise during the warm up (normally it makes no noise after an initial growl or two) and then I saw it was leaking water through what I thought just a recessed screw hole on the underside of the base. I need to know how to make it work normally - has something broken, or is there an explanation for the leak and how to stop it? Thanks
