Hi we have a Morphy Richards jet steam iron Model ...

Hi we have a Morphy Richards jet steam iron Model no:42254 and it appears that there is a water pick up pipe missing which means the water does not reach the hot plate. Can you advise where to get this pipe from as it appears we have never had one. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thanks David
