I just moved into my new apt and don't know how to work the washer. Does it take a longer than average time (i.e. over an hour) to wash a load of laundry?! I set it to permanent press at 40 degrees for a small load and after waiting an hour, it was still sudsy so I took the load out and manually washed my clothes. Do I select my cycle and then press the "start" button? How do I get it to rinse and spin? Thanks
