0 The belt was off , and when i tilted it forward i could see black belt pieces up by the front pulley to the left . It looks like that pulley has two small nuts to adjust the tension on the belt - It looks like they have shifted (like they slid and cleaned the metal) I was wondering if they are used to adjust the tension of the belt ?
