I am having issues with the water completely draining out of the drum when the cycle has completed. I found a little water draing out during the rinse and spin cycles, but still a lot of water left behind. I took the drain hose from the wall exit port and placed it in a low pan on the floor and with the unit off the water started draining out quickly. It drained the drum completely. Can anyone help with this?
