using a Maytag MVWC300VWO washer, when finished an...

using a Maytag MVWC300VWO washer, when finished and removing clothes, I find particles stuck to the clothes and the same particles stuck to the barrel and near the holes. Is this a lint filter issue? Thank you aoakley890@comcast.net
