I have determined the snubber ring needs replacing - the drum spins eccentrically and can hit the inside front of the outer case. I can deal with the spring set etc, but I am concerned to know if I need to worry about the strong brake spring when I loosen the screws holding down the plate retaining the old snubber. By how much can I slacken off these screws to allow for removal and replacement of the new snubber? Cheers, James
