0 Make sure it is solid and level with the lock nuts on the feet tight. Check for shipping hardware that should have been removed. Check the inner drum to be sure it or the support trunnion has not broken. Then I would start checking inside the machine for broken struts or cracked/broken counter weights. This is all assuming that the floor is nice and solid.
