I have two 2014 Maytag Coin Op Commercial Washers model MVW18PDAWW0 installed then at two locations. Water heaters are in the same room as the washers. When a Normal Wash with Hot water is selected, the temp of the water after filling is less than 90 degrees. The water heater temp is medium-high. The washer adds a lot of cold water to the washer. Sales/service is telling me it’s the water heater temp or hot water pressure. Is that possible? Why are the washers doing this and how can it be fixed?
