i just receive a maytag dryer from a relative and ...

i just receive a maytag dryer from a relative and upon hooking it up inotice that the barrow was out line so i tried to re-a-line it and when i did the light blew out and the machine hasnt turned back on even after changing the light blub. so what do i need to do to get the dryer back on???????
