5 These machines are made in China for the Chinese market. They have different numbers for the exact same machine that is sold in other countries ( note they dont have the Chinese words on the dial). Be Very Careful calling for service, if you don't call LD direct and call Sunning or the other big electronic stores you bought them from they will send out a couple of clowns who have no experience fixing these machines. The idiots didn't even know how to drain the machine when they tried to fix it (there is a little black hose on the bottom). To make a long story short they flooded my house TWICE before I tossed them out. They even claimed they fixed it until I tried turning it out and showing them it was still screwed up.
