When I press the ON button originally the light goes on, then it quickly disappears. If I keep the button pressed and try to select a cycle turning the knob with the other hand and pressing on the the other buttons and finally "start",a message appears in the window on the right saying "Error!the door is not closed tightly,please close the door".Does anyone know what is wrong? Thank you.
