I am getting a Door Error (DE) on my top loader LG...

I am getting a Door Error (DE) on my top loader LG washing machine (WTH650) - error happens after water has been added and it tries to start rotating. We've just moved house, before the move there were no problems. Any ideas on how to fix, I've tried turning it off and on, but same issue. Thank
