Hello LG: My Washer of this Model is tripping off the RCDs. I have contacted LG and they want the date of purchase which my son could not provide as he has thrown the receipt away. LG is not interested in the Serial Number. Can you tell me what I can do to get this machine going again. Nicholas N Chin
