Question About KitchenAid Washer/Dryer KAWS700G
will not drain or spin...

my 13 year old top loading washer starts up fine...ie, fills with water and will agitate. Then it will not drain the water, or spin. I've tried moving the dial, unplugging it, and I just don't know what to do.
