Question About KitchenAid Washer KAWS700J
Load doesn't spin dry...

I would like to remove the agitator to see if something (fabric or threads) is wrapped around the bottom of the agitator. During the Rinse and Spin cycle, the washer is making an unusual noise and is not spin drying the load. Let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you.
