Question About KitchenAid Washer None
How do we fix this problem and what parts are needed?...

The agitator isn't spinning my roommate said it is the belt but when I called repair shops they said its more likely that it is the coupler or something like that since belts are only on older models. What parts do you think would be needed and how can it be replaced?
