Question About KitchenAid Clothes Dryer KGYS677EQ1
gas dryer not heating...

Stock # GY677E Serial # MG3503917 I have a gas dryer that is not drying my clothes. When the timer stops my clothes are very chilled...jeans are not even dry. Requesting a manual so we can look into fixing it. We already looked at the heating element (which was loose) but even after tighening it - dryer still does not work.
