Question About KitchenAid Clothes Dryer FRONT-LOADING ELECTRIC DRYER
dryer will not turn on...

dryer was working fine, wife opened to pull out pair of pants and closed, would not turn back on, the drum is extremely hard to turn

0 Model KEHS01PMT0 Dryer will try to start and then stops and will not turn on with controls still lit up. I disconnected power for 10 minutes but it still does the same.
