Question About Kenmore Washer/Dryer 417.99370120

I have a kenmore stacked washer/dryer center. The dryer has been catching cloths around the rim of the drum. It leaves holes and/or scorch marks on them. The dryer also makes a loud screeching sound. I am looking for the manual to work on it myself.
