Hello, our washing machine will start, but it will not drain and eventually stops and will not drain. So I shop-vac the water out of the clothes-area, and then take the hose off of the pump and drain the remaining water out. Once there is no more water, I can set it on the spin cycle and it will spin. So it seems like the water pump or pump motor is dead? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
