Question About Kenmore Washer 11045862400
the only control that works is delicate...

MY WASHER WILL NOT WORK ON ANYTHING EXCEPT THE DELICATE CYCLE. NOTHING ELSE WORK ON THE CONTROLL NOT SECOND RINSE ABSOLUTLEY NOPTHING. CAN YOU SUGGEST SOMETHING OTHER THAN TRYING TO UNLOCK THE CONTRO BECAUSE I HAVE TRYED THIS SEVERAL TIMES. THANKS SHARON
