have a friend that has the Kenmore front loading washer with the model # 110.21302012. When he shuts the door the lid locks, the sensor light comes on and shortly the tubs starts to turn. It then shuts down and the only light that comes on is the lid lock in which he has to unplug the washer for the lid lock to release. The diagnostic shows Sensing light, Rinse Light Spin light cycle complete light all flashes one, then the cycle complete light flashes again by itself.
