We have a Kenmore clothes dryer 80002 that keeps shutting off in about ten minutes and won't dry the clothes. What could the cause of this be? Is there a way to clean the fluff from the bottom of the dryer (we have tried taking the door off to remove the front piece but there is no access point)?
