Question About John Lewis Washer/Dryer JLWM 1203
not rinsing properly...

I put on one item of clothing on a 30 min wash. The item was soaking wet even after doing it twice and putting it on a spin. Could the filter be blocked? I have already taken the filter at the front of the machine out and cleaned it. My washing machine is only 1 year old
