Brand new washer/dryer JLWD1611 delivered wed 30 May. Manual gives different connection instructions to red printed leaflet. Water inlet hose connects ok tap end. Also fits properly at washer.dryer end but as soon as water tap turned on water gushes out of back of machine through inlet hole. Service engineers appointed by John Lewis say they need to order new parts and want to repair in a weeks time. Any ideas what the problem is.
