Hello I have JLWM 1400. 7 kg. but the filter on the bottom right hand corner is nothing like the manual pictures. there is no tube to pull out just a plastic pull down piece for water, nothing to turn - I cannot get to filter for buttons, lint or other things etc. I have had many machines and it has always been easy to do this, but I am at a loss here. Help please
