last night we put our indesit wd125 for a wash and...

last night we put our indesit wd125 for a wash and dry cycle as normal and when we woke up this morning the whole room had steamed up and there was moisture everywhere and the water in the washing machine was boiling. can you tell me why would have this happened please. thanks prashant
