I just did a wool wash with a few sweaters, a pair of pants and some socks (not a even a half full machine thus). When it was done the clothes were only partly wet. On other programs everything is working fine and there is plenty of water. The machine was installed a few weeks ago and brand new. What's wrong with it? Also, the dryer and the laundry too smells very "chemical" when you've used it. Avoiding to use it at the moment cause it stinks so bad... Is there a solution for this? Thanks!
