I have a washer dryer model IWDE7145k Just recently the 3rd compartment of the detergent draw will not accept fabric softener (it remains in the drawer) or if I don't put softener in - it just fills up with water What is the cause of this and what can I do to rectify it before calling someone out to fix it?
