Drier has stopped working.When I took off the lid,noticed the wooden brace had fallen off,seemed to have dropped onto a drier cable ( yellow sleeved cable,approx 8 inch long ),which has a scorch mark on the sleeving.Examined the cable within the sleeve,no marks,but it looks like an inline diode of some sort,could this have blown ? Cleaned what could be a sensor,was full of fluff,& the fan runs ok,no noise.Anybody got any ideas ?
