We want to clean the pump. The manual shows three screws to remove the cover panel, but our machine doesn't have any visible screws. How do we remove the panel? 2ndly, we want to clean the detergent dispenser, but it won't pull out (one side raises and wants to pull out, the other side seems stuck). Thanks!
