My indesit washing machine locks when i press the ON button but then does not start the cycle at all. What could be wrong? Please help me!! Many thanks.

0 Hi there, my indesitWIXL143 has a daily was cycle. But when I select that and turn it on it says it's doing a 4h cycle. My machine has been in storage for a few years and I now can't find the instruction. I know the daily cycle is about 35 mins. It's driving me a wee but crackers. You assistance would be most appreciated. Thanks !
