Question About Indesit Washer WIL103
manchine keeps stopping...

as machine keeps stopping and will not go on, got to turn off and will not rinse when turned back on. when turn on to rinse mode, a low humming noise occurs, but when turn off and turn on different mode, drum is turning, but stops after a while. We just want machine to release water so that we can remove clothes.
