Question About Indesit Washer WIL 113

I have an Indesit WIL113. The cycle did not complete. The machine would not drain. After turning it off at the mains for a while, I tried to run a small cycle which started but again did not complete. The door lock indicator is flashing rapidly and two other led lights are also flashing. The machine is half full of water.
