Hi my Indesit WIXE 127 washing machine has stopped...

Hi my Indesit WIXE 127 washing machine has stopped pulling the conditioner through from the drawer to the machine. Have tried cleaning the the drawer and as far as I can reach into the machine but this doesn't seem to have solved the problem any ideas?
