Question About Indesit Washer iwe 7145
door lock...

Washer ran through typical wash cycle and stopped according to plan. Turned knob to spin option but would not start. The door lock symbol does not light up and hence the door does not lock which presumably stops the machine from starting. Any advice would be welcome.
