if by rotating the knob of rpm and set it at 400, ...

if by rotating the knob of rpm and set it at 400, with aview that it will not vibrate at the time of spin, will the clothes not dry well. Earlier our knob was set at 1100 rpm by your technician about 11years back. now at the time of spinning our machine vibrates a lot although it is well installed mon a stand.
