Question About Hotpoint Washer/Dryer BWM12
washing machine wont spin or empty...

my machine wont empty and the dial just keeps clicking round when on spin programme, i suspect something maybe stuck in the drain outlet at the bottom of the machine but i can't get the front off it only turns so far and then the water seeps out. is the whole of the black round front suppose to come off
