Will not spin/agitate but makes noise like it is actually doing so. New pump fitted few weeks back and washer worked for a while but now fills and empties but wont actually wash! Have looked in the back and the belt appears to be fine but the rotor arm around which the belt is looped does not appear to be moving though from the sound the motor seems to be working
